Gratia Plena Gifts began because I was finding it difficult to find Catholic based items and gifts at affordable prices made in Canada. I went to school for architectural technology and was working a 9-5 job in the architecture field doing work for a surveying and planning company. However, I had this longing and desire to start my own business that allowed me to better help my family and create items that I myself was looking for but struggling to find. That’s when the idea for Gratia Plena Gifts was born. Friends and family would often ask me to create cards for them that were based on the different sacraments of the church that they could give for baptisms, confirmations, and ordinations. I thought, if I was running into this issue and so were those around me, there must be a need for well made, faith based, meaningful gifts. I wasn’t the only one who was seeking out these products. Gratia Plena Gifts was established from my passion for creating and a desire to find handcrafted Catholic gifts that inspired people to share the faith and incorporated some more traditional aspects.
